SMALL COHORT

Some things are harder to sit with alone.

The questions that come up after a late diagnosis, who am I underneath all of this, what do I actually want, what was even mine to begin with, don't always resolve through reading or reflection or a single workshop. Sometimes they need to be held over time, with other people asking the same things.

That's what this container is for.

A small cohort is a group of women working together over 4 to 6 weeks. We gather around a shared theme, something from the unmasking process that deserves more than one sitting. The work happens through expressive art-making, reflection, and the experience of being witnessed by others who are living the same grief and asking the same questions.

The group stays small on purpose. Small enough that you're not invisible. Small enough that what you bring actually matters to the room.

There's no pressure to have answers. There's no expectation to perform your healing. You show up as you are, week after week, and that's the work.

The next cohort isn't open yet. If you want to be the first to hear when it does, the newsletter is where I'll announce it.
