A Moment of Support
One-Off Expressive Art Workshops
This is a space to meet yourself exactly where you are.
You might be arriving tired, overwhelmed, disconnected, heavy, numb, or unsure what you’re even feeling.
You don’t need clarity, motivation, or the “right” words to be here.
These one-off workshops are designed as gentle points of entry, moments of emotional support that don’t ask you to commit, improve, or keep going beyond what feels possible right now.
You’re welcome to come as you are and leave complete.
What This Space Is
A Moment of Support is a single, self-contained gathering. Each workshop focuses on one emotional experience at a time and offers a held space to:
slow down
notice what’s present
externalize it through expressive art
reflect without pressure to resolve or fix
There is no expectation of continuation. This moment stands on its own.
What to Expect
Every workshop follows the same gentle rhythm, regardless of the emotional theme:
A brief arrival and grounding
Guided expressive art-making (no skill or experience required)
Time for reflection and meaning-making
Optional sharing (listening counts as participation)
A clear, intentional closing
You are never asked to perform, explain yourself, share if you’re not ready/comfortable, or create something “good.”
“The weeks following this workshop were amazing in terms of how my creativity unfolded and how much more free I felt to express myself and break out of perfectionist tendencies that sometimes hinder me from just existing and creating.“
- Crystal Flores
Who This Is For
This space tends to support people who are:
feeling emotionally full, tender, or low on capacity
curious about expressive art but unsure where to start
seeking relief, grounding, or self-connection without long-term commitment
wanting support without needing to “go deeper”
It’s especially supportive during moments when life already feels like a lot.
What This Is Not
To help you choose with clarity, this is not:
a program or series
a productivity or creativity workshop
a space focused on outcomes or transformation
therapy or crisis support
This is emotional care, offered gently and temporarily.
How This Fits Into the Larger Ecosystem
A Moment of Support is one way to enter care without the pressure or expectation to build upon it.
For example:
Some people come once and never return.
Some come back when a similar emotional state resurfaces.
Some later choose seasonal holding or deeper integration.
All of these paths (including stopping) are neutral and respected.
