Deep Integration

12-Week Container

A slow, relational space for integration, meaning-making, and self-relationship.

Deep Integration is a 12-week container designed for people who feel ready to stay with their inner world over time — not to fix or optimize it, but to understand it more deeply.

This space supports the noticing of emotional patterns, personal narratives, and identity shifts as they emerge naturally, at a pace shaped by presence rather than urgency.

The Role of This Container

Integration rather than activation.

Deep Integration exists for meaning-making, not for productivity, performance, or rapid transformation.

This container is less about learning something new and more about:

  • staying with what’s already present

  • witnessing emotional patterns over time

  • gently reshaping your relationship with yourself

Change here is subtle, cumulative, and relational.

What This Space Holds

A small, curated group held with care.

In this container, you can expect:

  • a very small group to support trust and safety

  • live gatherings held consistently across 12 weeks

  • expressive art as a supportive language for reflection and integration
space for witnessing: being seen and seeing others

This is not a drop-in experience.
The continuity of the group is part of what makes the work possible.

How the Work Unfolds (Non-Linear by Design)

There is no prescribed direction, outcome, or sequence.

Rather than following a curriculum, the container unfolds responsively:

  • themes arise from lived experience

  • reflection deepens through repetition and time

  • insight emerges through staying, not striving

Expressive art is used as a way to externalize inner experiences, support reflection, and integrate meaning, without requiring artistic skill or productivity.

Relational Depth & Safety

Witnessing is central here.

Deep Integration places strong emphasis on:

  • relational presence

  • mutual respect

  • consent around sharing

  • emotional pacing

You are never asked to disclose more than feels supportive.
Listening and witnessing are forms of participation.

This space is held with the understanding that depth requires safety, slowness, and care.
Safety isn’t assumed or promised; it’s something that emerges slowly through trust, consent, and shared care.

Who This Container Is For

Deep Integration tends to support people who:

  • feel ready for sustained self-reflection

  • are curious about their personal narratives and identity patterns

  • value relational depth and small group spaces

  • have the capacity to stay engaged over time

Readiness here is not about being “far along.”
It’s about willingness to remain present with yourself.

What This Is Not

For clarity and care, this container is not:

  • a therapy group or clinical treatment

  • a skills-based or educational program

  • a fast-paced or outcome-driven experience

  • an open or drop-in group

This is a slow, intentional space that asks for mutual commitment and care.

How Invitation & Entry Work

Deep Integration is offered by invitation and application.

This process exists to:

  • ensure mutual fit

  • protect the relational safety of the group

  • honor capacity: both yours and mine

Invitations are typically extended through my newsletter.
Applying does not guarantee entry, and opting out is always neutral.

Current or Future Deep Integration Containers

Deep Integration containers are opened selectively and not on a fixed schedule.

When a container is forming, details such as:

  • start date

  • group size

  • meeting cadence

  • accessibility considerations

will be shared directly with those invited.

A Gentle Reminder

If you’re drawn to slow integration, relational depth, and staying with your inner world over time (without pressure to perform or transform) this container may be supportive for you.

You’re welcome to wait for an invitation and decide when it feels right.
